3. Carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Return Refund Policy, Return Refund Instructions, and Warranty before you commit an order. If you are uncertain about any of these terms, please contact Red Rock Arms.
4. Locate an FFL dealer to handle the sale.

   • If you can not locate a dealer that will broker the sale, contact us and we will locate a dealer for you.
   • Negotiate your total cost with the dealer before you send in the order.
     
5. Obtain an original signed copy of the dealers FFL.
6. Complete an Individual Order Form, the information you provide must be correct, true and complete.
7. Secure payment for the product(s) you want to purchase.

   • All prices advertised, quoted or posted on the website by Red Rock Arms are already cash discounted. Cash discounts are accepted for money orders and personal checks. Personal checks are accepted, but require a 15-business day waiting period. All other payment methods do not qualify for the cash discount prices. The total order amount must be increased 3%.
     
8. Place your completed order form, signed FFL and payment in a single envelope and mail it to:

9. Stocked models should ship within five (5) business days of receipt of your order. If you provide an email address on the order form, Red Rock Arms will contact you by email and notify you of the ship date and tracking number. UPS
10. At present, Red Rock Arms uses ground transportation to deliver products. Typical shipping time can be five (5) business days.
11. Please inquire directly to Red Rock Arms if you would like expedited shipment. There will be a charge for expedited shipping, determined by the method you select.
